Carmarthenshire’s vision is to enable 838 disadvantaged adults in Carmarthenshire improve their skills, employment prospects and economic positions.
Here in Carmarthenshire we have a dedicated team of staff who are there to support you as individuals. We understand that people who are out of work, have an illness or disability (mental health problems, learning disabilities and sensory impairment), substance misuse problems and young care leavers may find it difficult to access training, education and employment. Via a person centred approach our specialised team throughout the County are there to assist idividuals reach their full potential. We can provide direct support and funding for training and education, we can also source work opportunities and employment. We can even continue to support individuals after they have gained employment
