 Career Pathways Team

‘Overcoming your barriers to employment and training’

If you have a disability or work limiting health problem and are looking training and employment opportunities, want to learn new stills or want advice planning a creer, come and talk to our Career Pathways Team.

Career Pathways will:-

  • Listen to your hopes and ambitions
  • Inform you of choices you can make
  • Provide you with sound advice on what you need
  • Support your ‘plan’

 How to I access the Project?

    • Anyone who is supporting your directly, this could be a Parent/Carer, Social Worker, Support Worker and Employment Advisor. 
    • You can even refer yourself to Career Pathways by completing the form below. If you would like the form in a different format or you would like some help completing it please do not hesitate to contact the Career Pathways Team who will be happy to assist you.
