The Ceredigion COAST Team will be delivering services from January 2012.
The team will provide support for individuals who are unable to access employment or training as a result of illness or a serious social disadvantage (Sensory Impairment, Mental Illness, Physical/Learning disability, substance misuse). And to give them guidance and support with the activities and opportunities they wish to undertake.
An individual can refer themselves onto the project or this could be done by a Social Worker, Key Worker, GP or Friends and Family.
