Pembrokeshire COAST is working with PRISM to provide services to Participants referred to the project with substance misuse problems. All referrals for support to people with substance misuse will be referred initially to PRISM for needs assessment and planning.
All services delivered throughout Pembrokeshire are available to all Participants.
